T-Ball

Stockton LOVES baseball. 

I think it all began with the Sandlot movie he received from his Aunt Jessica for his 3rd Birthday. 

When it came time for T-ball sign ups, we joined the team with his cousins, Lucy and Bridget.  Later we found out that his friend, Fred was also on the team.  Even though it wasn't as exciting as real baseball, the kids had fun and we got a kick out of watching them play. 

At first they were to line up by shirt number.  The kids got board of waiting and created a choo-choo train.  As they waited for their turn at bat they would make train noises. 

Once when Stock hit the coach in the outfield wasn't paying attention - he was bent over with his butt facing the T, talking to one of his players.  Stock nailed the ball, hitting him square on the cheeks!  Stock didn't know if he was in trouble or not and just froze.  We had to yell at him to run to first.

He can HIT!

The whole team.  One poor girl missed the first game and went the entire season without a shirt and hat.  She got her uniform at the final game - with a refund.  Not so sure about River Heights T-ball...  I would suggest opting for Providence if you are looking for a place to sign up. 

Cousin, Lucy.  She was always so cute with her curls and hat on sideways. 

Bridget probably took a whole 30 seconds to pick out the perfect bat to hit with. 

So much fun!  I think Stock is ready for coach pitch!
