sToCkToN...
He is such a silly boy. Turning 4 he thinks he is so grown up. Ethan had a soccer game and independant Stockton entertained himself for a while at the park. Half way through the game I saw him headed back, sporting his sunglasses and rainboots, kicking the soccer ball aimlessly. I don't know if his hands were down his pants, in his back pockets or holding his pants up... This captured Stockton...
Cows, Pigs and Ducks...
It is always fun to go to the Farm and see all the Baby Animals. Stockton's preschool class had a field trip on his birthday so Peyton and I tagged along. He got new sunglasses as an early birthday present so he wore them the whole day!
Brushing the Pony
(which wasn't a baby since she was 18 years old - but small for the kiddos to enjoy)
Farmer showing the kids what baby cows eat for breakfast - a nice hearty oatmeal.
Peyton taking a peek at the calves.
Sleeping baby calf - oh so soft.
The baby calf says hello to Pey.
Fuzzy baby chicks.
The mama lamb was noisy - she didn't like all the attention on her baby ewe.
So Soft baby Bunnies.
The baby goats were playfull!
Stockton's favorite - the baby pigs.
I thought the ducklings were oh so sweet.
They got to feed the Jerusalem donkey (see the cross on his back?) carrots.
On the train. What a fun way to start your birthday!
A vistit to Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa's
Conference weekend we took a drive to Idaho... Ethan thought it was so cool that we could drive to Idaho but was disappointed somewhat that their was no grandier when you cross the Utah-Idaho boarder. My dad's parents live in Weston and it had been awhile since we had visited. My Grandmother gives each new grandbaby a Book of Mormon copy with Grandma and Grandpa's picture and testimony on the inside cover. Ethan cherishes his Book of Mormon and was excited to go visit his "old" Grandparents.
Grandma teaching Peyton "Patty Cake"
Grandpa is 94 and he got a kick out of chasing Peyton around the house.
Peyton is their 123rd Great Grandchild!
You can tell that they love their posterity.
Grandma will be 90 on May 30th
She always "washes the ladies dishes" with the boys.

We love you Grandma and Grandpa!
