Remembering...

It is always fun for Ryan to reminisce about his childhood.  He enjoyed showing the kids where he lived when he was their age and the hills he roamed looking for scorpions and frogs.  He showed them where his friends lived, where he went to school and played kissing tag with little Indian girls, where his grandparents and cousins lived.  After the drive down memory lane we ended up at the La Point cemetery.  It was a little emotional thinking that Ryan's dad died about the same age Ryan is now and in a similar situation we are in now.  Ryan was 7, Kelly was 4 and Travis was 2 when their dad died.  Our kids are 7, 4, and 1.  Ryan also lost a younger brother born between him and Kelly.  We all got emotional talking about memories.  We are grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ and know that we will be reunited one day!
