We're having a party!

I can't believe my baby is turning 1. She is definately growing up. Watching her in church yesterday, I couldn't help but giggle. She has learned a lot this past year.
Things like how to tease your brother - She kept stepping on Ethan's drawing paper and would wait for his reaction and then giggle with delight. When that got old she decided to step right on his arm and see how long it took for him to get upset with her.
And, Cause and Effect - Peyton loves this one. She likes to see how many times strangers will pick up her toys when she either drops them or throws them. Finally the toy gets taken away and this has taught her Cleaning up - once the toy is seen going into the church bag, she finds it and pulls it out and then gets delighted in her ability to put it back into the bag. This ends up being repeated numerous times until she gets bored and moves onto Singing and Jabbering - It seems that when it is the quietest, she decides her voice needs to be heard!
Peyton has also learned how to make friends - She loves visiting the row behind us. She smiles and plays peek a boo and this has gotten her many treats. The girl sitting behind us on Sunday shared her goldfish crackers with Peyton when the cheerios we brought weren't good enough.
My baby is growing up but I am going to cherish the memories!

They are so fun at this age. I think it is even more fun with girls. Can't wait to see pictures of her party.
