own husband caring for our little princess. There is something different about daughters - Fathers want to protect them. I know my Dad would do anything for me - any time of day (even if it is 4 AM!) I am grateful for my Dad and all he does for me and the great man he is. Ryan has had the privilege of having 3 Dads.
Each one has influenced his life for good
and has helped mold him into the Father he is today.
For this I thank each one of them and the Role they have played in his life.

Sunday afternoon, Ethan had been shown a butterfly that was in our window well. He bugged Ryan to open the screen so that he could get it out. Thinking Ethan would just torture the insect, Ryan refused to help and continued to enjoy the Sunday afternoon. Upset, Ethan slammed the door and ran outside. A little while later, Ethan got my attention by saying "Come see". I was amazed by the beautiful butterfly sitting on his hand and ran to get the camera. Ryan also came to check it out. Later realizing Ethan freed the butterfly and saving its life by removing the window grate and coaxing it out, Ryan apologized for not helping. Sometimes Dads make mistakes but in the end when Stocky wraps his little arms around your neck and says in his little 3 year old voice, "I love you Daddy" and when Ethan makes you an art creation with kindergarten writing "dere dad I lav yoo and yoo or u good fothr" you know you are doing so
me thing right.

I think that Butterfly was at our house yesterday. It is a very friendly butterfly.
you have quite the neighborhood I guess... Deer, Hummingbirds, bufferflies, and why would you ever want to move?
